The Lomography x Fashion Walk "Be An Explorer" event was held at Fashion Walk in Causeway Bay. Fashion Walk is located at the heart of Causeway Bay and surrounded by four vibrant streets – Great George, Paterson, Kingston and Cleveland. It covers an area of ​​about 30,000 square meters and has nearly 80 trendy shops and restaurants. Daily foot traffic in Fashion Walk is approximately 13,000 on a regular day, and up to 18,000 on weekend and public holidays. Fashion Walk is a place where like-minded individuals can share ideas and explore every aspect of fashion. The "Be An Explorer" event was supported by many local artists including DJ Maria, singer Jude Tsang, blogger Otherway Lai, and other artists across different media.

Thanks to public support and active participation, the "Be An Explorer" campaign has been overwhelmingly successful. We received over 3,000 entries for the “Be A City Explorer” photo contest. We also received a very high number of sign-ups for workshops and sharing sessions – four times more than the quota of all workshops!

In addition, about 2000 people used our Photo Booth during the event, and many passers-by stopped to ask for more details about the event. We also received a lot of attention from the public on social media: on the first day of the event , the information on the Lomography Hong Kong Facebook page received more than 10,000 people´s attention, and many people shared our event on Instagram.
