I want to try cross-processing, what film should I use?

Slide film (also known as positive film or reversal film)! This film uses E-6 chemicals, but in cross-processing it is developed in the ‘wrong’ chemicals (C-41, which is used in colour negative film).

Do you accept redscale film development?

Yes! We process all redscale film – 35mm, 120, or XR (extended redscale).

Where can I buy film?？

The Lomography Online Shop offers a wide selection of emulsions – 35mm, 120, colour negative, slides, redscale, black & white, etc.! You can also pick up some rolls from Lomography Gallery stores, or at any major film shop.

Can you process film shot with multi-lensed cameras such as the Actionsampler, Supersampler, Oktomat or Pop9?

Of course!

I just finished shooting with a Diana Mini camera. What will my shots look like?

If you used the half-frame option, 2 succeeding shots will be printed side-by-side in one 35mm print. For square format option, 1 square shot per 35mm print.

Can I use Piggies for film processing?

No, unfortunately Piggies are not accepted for film processing.

What are the sizes of your prints?

• For 35mm film – 4x6 in (4x4 in for Diana Mini Square)
• For 120 – 5x5 in
• Horizon – 4x10 in
• Sprockets – 4x format of camera used (Sprocket Rocket, Lubitel or Diana 35mm Back)
• Spinner 360° - 4x10 in

Do printing prices differ for 24, 27, or 36 exposures?

We have the same prices, regardless the number of exposures.

If the film was unexposed, do I get a refund?

Unfortunately, standard fees still apply for such cases. Please check carefully when shooting and rewinding film. If there are any troubles or camera malfunction, please, contact us!

How long does the processing take?

Once we receive your film, it goes straight to the LomoLab! It will take between 24 – 48 hours for everything to be developed and scanned.

Is there a limit to the number of orders that I can make?

There is no limit to the number of orders!

I haven’t received my prints, who do I contact?

Please contact customer service as soon as possible!
